Nelly stijgt op 8 januari van 14 naar 10 met Just A Dream. Het is Nelly's 15e Top 40 hit en zijn 6e top 10 hit. De track werd uitgebracht op 16 augustus 2010 en dient als eerste single van het zesde album van Nelly: Nelly 5.0. Het nummer is geschreven door Nelly, Rico Love en Frank Romano. Het werd geproduceerd door Jim Jonsin. Nelly vertelde in een interview met MTV dat het nummer in eerste instantie afgewezen werd. "Omdat ik enorm van gitaren houd, vond ik het meteen een geweldige beat. Tijdens het luisteren schreef ik al het een en ander in m'n hoofd en voor dat ik het wist, kwam daar dit nummer uit."

Nelly werd op 2 november 1974 geboren als Cornell Haynes in Austin, Texas. Voor hij als rapper doorbrak was hij honkballer. In 2000 scoorde hij zijn eerste hit met Country Grammar. In 2002 stond zijn hit Dilemma met Kelly Rowland 7 weken bovenaan. My Place haalde #2 in 2004. Hij had relaties met onder andere Destiny's Child zangeres Kelly Rowland en Ashanti Douglas.
