The Black Eyed Peas

The Black Eyed Peas stijgen op 15 januari terug de top 10 in van 13 naar 4 met The Time (Dirty Bit). Het is de eerste single van The Beginning, het zesde album van The Black Eyed Peas. De track is geproduceerd door David Guetta. De radio edit duurt 4'4'', de albumversie is 50 seconden langer. In de Vlaamse Ultratop was TheTime, met een gedeelte uit (I've Had) The Time Of My Life van Bill Medly & Jennifer Warnes (9 weken #1 in 1988) al goed voor een nummer 1-notering. In Nederland is het hun 14e hit.

De clip is 360 graden bekijkbaar door een App. Met de App sta je als gebruiker als het ware midden in de clip en kun je door je iPad, iPod Touch of iPhone in een bepaalde richting te wijzen het gezichtspunt van de clip veranderen.

The Black Eyed Peas is een Amerikaanse hiphop-band uit Los Angeles. De groep bestaat momenteel uit will.i.am, Apl.de.ap, Taboo en Fergie. In 2003 scoorden ze met Where Is The Love? hun eerste hit en die was goed voor twee weken #1. In 2006 haalde Mas Que Nada ook de toppositie en wederom voor 2 weken (met Sergio Mendes). I Gotta Feeling was in 2009 ook goed voor 2 weken bovenaan.
