Stay van Rihanna featuring Mikky Ekko stijgt op 9 maart 2013 van 12 naar 6 in de derde week. Het is de tweede single van Rihanna's zevende album Unapologetic. In Israël behaalde de track al #1. Het nummer gaat over Rihanna's relatie met Chris Brown, de zanger die haar ooit mishandelde, maar die anno maart 2013 weer haar geliefde is.

De video is geregisseerd door Sophie Muller en daarin is Rihanna naakt te zien in bad.


Mikky Ekko (27) is een pseudoniem voor de uit Louisiana afkomstige John Stephan Suddoth. Hij heeft nog nooit een hit gescoord, maar doet nu meteen goede zaken want hij is niet alleen de zanger op Stay, maar heeft de track ook medegeschreven en geproduceerd. Tijdens de uitreiking van de 55e Grammy Awards op 10 februari 2013 zongen Rihanna en Mikky Stay voor het eerste live. 

Robyn Rihanna Fenty werd geboren op 20 februari 1988 en is in Nederland aan haar 31ste hit toe. Een keer stond ze bovenaan de lijst en dat was met Don't Stop The Music: twee weken in 2007.
