Op 16 november 2013 stijgen Eminem featuring Rihanna van 14 naar 7 met The Monster. Het is Eminems 21ste Top 40 hit en 13e top 10-succes. Met Rihanna bereike hij in 2010 ook de top 10: Love The Way You Lie haalde toen #4.Voor Rihanna is het haar 34ste Top 40 hit en 23ste top 10-succes. 

In Zwitserland, Frankrijk en Nieuw-Zeeland haalde de track The Monster al nummer 1. Het nummer is afkomstig van Eminems achtste studio album The Marshall Mathers LP 2.

Eminem is de artiestennaam van Marshall Bruce Mathers III. Hij wordt ook wel Slim Shady genoemd. Hij werd geboren in St. Joseph (Missouri) op 17 oktober 1972. In april 1999 scoorde hij zijn eerste hit met My Name Is (#12). Twee keer haalde hij de top: 2 weken met Without Me in 2002 en 4 weken met Lose Yourself in hetzelfde jaar.

Robyn Rihanna Fenty werd geboren op Saint Michael op 20 februari 1988. Met Pon De Replay had ze in 2005 haar eerste hit (#18). Een keer haalde ze de topsport van de hitladder: Don't Stop The Music stond in 2007 twee weken op 1.
