This Is Love van Will.I.Am featuring Eva Simons stijgt op 21 juli 2012 van 22 naar 10 in de tweede week notering. De track haalde in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Ierland al #1 en ook in Australië en Nieuw-Zeeland werd de top 10 bereikt.

De track is geschreven door will.i.am voor zijn vierde album #willpower. De song is mede geproduceerd door Steve Angello van Swedish House Mafia.will.i.am. vroeg de Nederlandse zangeres Eva Simons om de vocalen in te zingen.

William James Adams, Jr. werd geboren op 15 maart 1975 in East Los Angeles, California. Hij was in 1995 mede-oprichter van The Black Eyed Peas, waarmee hij 15 Nederlandse hits scoorde, waaronder de #1's Where Is The Love (2 weken in 2003), Mas Que Nada (2 weken in 2006 met Sergio Mendes) en I Gotta Feeling (2 weken in 2009; hit van het jaar). In 2001 verscheen zijn eerste soloalbum Lost Change.

 

Eva Simons werd geboren op 27 april 1984 in Amsterdam. Eva Simons maakt van 2004 tot februari 2006 deel uit van de meidengroep Raffish, die in het tvprogrmma Popstars - the Rivals de strijd om een #1 hit aangaat met boyband Men2B. Men2B wint in december 2004, maar Raffish haalt met de single Plaything een week later ook #1. Eva Simons zingt ook mee op Als Je Iets Kan Doen (4 weken #1 in 2005). Met Raffish haalt ze in 2005 #38 met zowel Thursday's Child als Let Go. Raffish valt in 2006 uit elkaar door solo-ambities van Eva Simons. In 2009 zingt ze mee op de track Pass Out van Chris Brown en in 2011 op Best Night van LMFAO. In 2010 scoort ze een hit (#12) met Take Over Control (met Afrojack).
